Explore the Power of the Breath

DAY 2: Breath, Retention and Magic

Breathe in and feel the full authentic power of fullness, breath out and let go of whatever is no longer in Service inside of you. 

What a joy to breathe, and what magic to begin to experience each breath as a gift.. ❤️ 

Today, we embark on a new breath.  Adding in the dimension of breath retention. 


My own teacher used to say, “Be grateful for the inhale.  Be grateful for the exhale.  But be even more grateful for the space in between the breaths.”


What is inside the space in between?  


Is there a discovery to be made in the pause of the breath?


Can we notice in the breath the difference when the breath stops?


Discover deep peace within a moment of breathlessness.  How much can we expand that moment? Can we bring that breathless peace into our daily life?


What you will learn:

  • Sama Vritti is also called Box breath.

  • The power of breath retention

  • The ability to use the breath as a tool for relaxation and self-discovery.
