The 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Ubud, Bali, is a highly transformational, one-month & full-time immersion into the more subtle aspects of Yoga. The program unfolds in three phases: Advanced Hatha Yoga and Pranayama, Yin Yoga & Meditation, and a 6-day silent retreat.
An exploration of breath & bandha in Hatha Yoga, as taught by Krishnamacharya, will help bring depth into your asanas. Our aim here is to help you establish a strong self-practice. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced contemporary style of Yoga to calm down and help us find our center in the heart. Pranayama and meditation are a natural extension of the asana practice as we deepen into our own inner silence. Each of these elements can help add new dimensions to your experience as a teacher, as well as revitalizing your own self practice.
The comprehensive curriculum is presented by our expert & passionate - teachers and certified by the international Yoga Alliance.
Join the Akasha family in bountiful Bali to deeply connect to your truth and turn your passion into a meaningful profession.
